- Page 4 C. Unscrew (2) T30 torx located on the center console panel under the D. Carefully unsnap rear cover to expose the engine compartment dash. Use a panel tool to remove push pins on passenger side. E. Remove gas cover on the passenger side to expose a 10mm nut. Unscrew with a wrench and T30 torx driver. E2.
- Page 5 SWITCH Works Brain Module Installation TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION - Phillips Screw Driver - 10mm wrench A. Assemble the X3 Brain Module Brackets (B-MB3269) using the M6 B. Mount the SWITCH Works brain module to the base bracket using the screws (B-S2187) , washers (B-W1346B) and nuts (B-N1059) [2 ea].
- Page 6 E. Make a pilot holes through the top and bottom screw holes on the brain module bracket and push all the way through the vehicle panel. F. Be sure to move the brain module bracket out of the way before G.
